Fondant recipe in Cake Making
1kg icing sugar
Glucose 4 tablespoon
Gelatin 2 tablespoon
CMC 1 tablespoon
Water 6 table spoon
Procedure
Sieve your icing sugar and put your CMC then cover it
Put water in a pot and put on fire allow it to boil very well.. Once it's hot put an empty plastic cup inside
From the boiling water put in 6 tablespoon of water then add ur gelatin mix well till it dissolves
Now lower the heat and add ur glucose mix well until it's dissolve
In another bowl pour cold water and put ur cup in it
Once ur mixture has cool down put it in ur icing sugar mixed with CMC
Mix it very well then knead it
Form a ball put it inside nylon to rest
Your fondant is ready.
