OGONTU- APAMA -INYI ROAD PROJECT SCAM PERPETRATED BY SENATOR IKE EKWEREMMADU

OGONTU- APAMA -INYI ROAD PROJECT SCAM PERPETRATED BY SENATOR IKE EKWEREMMADU.

We are recalling this matter due to its weightiness and glaring FRAUD.  At the same time, calling on EFCC AND ICPC against the person of Senator Ike EKWEREMMADU.

The above named project was attracted in the likely sum of #190,000,000 ( One Hundred and Ninety Million Naira). 

From our findings, Senator Ike EKWEREMMADU connived with the Contractor to partly construct the OGONTU part of the said Project at 1.1 kilometre.

This project was Originally attracted to the good people of Mgbowo at  2.4 kilometre length, stretching into Inyi-Obushi Inyi.

The contract sum was meant to rehabilitate the entire road as captured in the first green billboard attached to this advocacy.

But senator Ike EKWEREMMADU in his usual way of pretentious   Representation in syphoning money meant for attracted projects decided to rehabilitate OGONTU part of the attracted project at 1.1 kilometre and syphoned the balance thereof. 

The 1.1 kilometre road didn't witness any form of scrapping or sand filling. Asphalt was just layed on mud with a single drainage system. There was no single bridge in-between. Currently, the road is near gone within a period of 1 year plus.

There is no where in the world where #190,000,000 ( One Hundred and Ninety Million) will construct just 1.1 kilometre road even in the Riverine area talk more of stony ground and having no single bridge.

As we speak, Senator Ike EKWEREMMADU went back to rename the Inyi part of same road, reattracted it under another surreptitious  guise. This time was under UBEB. 

I also wish to bring to our notice that the Inyi part of this road was attracted and funded in 2015 without any job done until this date.

UBEB have so far mobilised the contractors to site with the sum of #25,000,000 (Twenty Five Million Naira). And Till date,  no one is seen on  site as I type this message. 

Will it turn to another abandoned Project to be reattracted? 

This question is begging for answers. 

Invariably, it is costing almost #500,000,000 ( FIVE HUNDRED MILLION NAIRA) To construct a 2.4 kilometre road since 2015.

I can bet with my life that all the project Senator Ike EKWEREMMADU attracted to Enugu West, Enugu State and the entirety of South Eastern part of Nigeria in the past 10 years witnessed this kind of misappropriation and twisted conundrum of renaming. 

Under the supervision of  Senator Ike EKWEREMMADU, a particular road can answer multiple names in disguise and be Re attracted again and again.

Awarded, funded, abandoned, renamed and re-awarded is the modus operandi of Senator Ike EKWEREMMADU and his cohort Eng. Jonathan Ivoke. The overbearing MD to a fraudulent COMPANY called BAMBOO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY NIG LTD. 

This men have covenant with the above narrative antics. 

We are calling on Enugu State Government, the federal government under the leadership of President Mohammadu Buhari to urgently look into this fraud been perpetrated in Enugu West, Enugu State and Eastern Region of the federal republic of Nigeria. 

The EFCC and ICPC who have also shown courage in recovering looted funds should as well show capacity in this glaring mess. 

We also wish to say, that all effort put in place to retrieve most of the documents from different parastatal where this fraud is perpetrated have met brick walls as most of the workers in the ministry is in connivance with these  LOOTERS of our time.

We are pleading with well meaning Nigerians to help to expunge and unravel this hidden FRAUDULENT Activity that is going unabated. 

Henceforth, we shall be bringing to our notice other related activities in other areas which witnessed such misappropriation.
