I PRESENT MYSELF TO SERVE NDI OJI RIVER:----- Hon.Geoff Anayo Mbah.

The Anglican Diocese of Oji River on Saturday, 13th July 2019 witnessed a mammoth crowd as the Diocese marks her 20 years Anniversary at the St. Paul’s Cathedral Anglican Church Oji River Local Government Area of Enugu State. The Cathedral auditorium beautifully decorated and  filled to the brim was overwhelmingly   captivated by hymns, sermons, and remarks that marked the epoch making event.

Amongst the dignitaries that graced the event are His Grace, Most Reverend Dr. Emmanuel Olisah Chukwuma (OON), the Archbishop of Enugu Ecclesiastical province and Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Rt Reverend Prof Anthony Nkwoka, the retired Bishop of Niger West Diocese and the Rector of Paul Institute of Theology, Awka and other Senior Spiritual Leaders of the Anglican Communion.

Others include, Chief Engr Anayo Onwuegbu (Omeiheukwu), Hon Geoff Anayo Mba, Member representing Oji River state constituency at the Enugu State House of Assembly and many other dignitaries from all walks of life. 

Amitst the service which started at about 10am and was presided over by His Grace, Most Rev Dr Amos Madu, the pioneer Archbishop of Enugu Ecclesiastical Province and the Bishop of Oji River Diocese, also witnessed Award presentations to Vibrant Founding, Outstanding, and Resourceful members of the Diocese. Hon.Geoff Mbah, in his remarks offered and reaffirmed his readiness and preparedness to serve Ndi Oji River. He also presented himself to be part of the team that will be visiting the Enugu State Governor Rt. Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for the relinquishing of the Oji River Resettlement to the Oji River Anglican Diocese as one of the plea made by the the Bishop of the Diocese.
