Rt Hon Toby Okechukwu (Iyierioba) is the new  Deputy Minority Leader of the 9th House of Representatives.

This is a great Elevation from his former Status as a Chairman of House Committee on Works in the past 8th House.

His new position means that Toby is now a Principal Officer of the National Assembly.

This means more Projects and more Goodies for us.
