NKANU YOUTH ASSEMBLY SHARES PALLIATIVES IN ISI-UZO LGA
Nkanu Youth Assembly, ably led by Comrade Edeani .M. Edeani was today welcomed in a grand style to Isi-uzo LGA for the distribution of Covid 19 relief packages provided by well meaning Nkanu Sons with a view to cushioning the effects of the Compulsory sit at home.
Recall that Nkanu Youth Assembly had on Saturday the 25th of April, distributed food items to the various Local Governments in Nkanu Land through their Coordinators.
With overwhelming joy, the Isi-uzo coordinator of Nkanu Youth Assembly, Comrade Chijioke Nnamani alongside the coordinated youths of isi-uzo welcomed Comrade Edeani and his executives in a special way as they proceeded to the villages that will benefit from the Covid 19 relief materials.
Some of the communities that benefited from this gesture includes Umuhu community, Mgbuji Community, Ikem community, Umujovu Community, Ebo Community, Isu community and Amede Community. The beneficiaries of these palliatives ranging from tubers of yam, cartons of indomie and bags of rice however took turns to express their gratitude for such a thought provoking act of benevolence by Nkanu Youth Assembly.
In the remarks of the anointed man of God Rev.Can.Okechukwu Unachukwu he made it clear that an act of benevolence in this critical period is a show of love and will never go unrewarded. He however applauded the leadership of Nkanu Youth Assembly for showing love with thought provoking action of giving.
To further compliment the words of the anointed man of God, the former Women Leader in Isi-uzo, who is equally a Knight of the Anglican Church, Chief Patience Aneke commended the efforts put into place by Nkanu Youth Assembly to reach out to the less privilege, and however urged other youth organizations to emulate Nkanu Youth Assembly.
In reaction to the peoples comments, Comrade *Edeani .M. Edeani* thanked God Almighty for his grace upon Nkanu Youth Assembly, he also eulogised His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for his relentless efforts in curtailing the spread of Corona Virus in Enugu State and his consistent support towards the growth of Nkanu Youth Assembly Comrade Edeani however appreciated Sen.Ken Nnamani ( Grand patron of NYA) for his fatherly mentorship. Comrade Edeani at the closure of his remark thanked everyone in attendance and equally urged the youths of Nkanu Land at home and in diaspora to unite in love and build the Nkanu Land that we desire.
Comr.Edeani .M. Edeani alongside the youths of Isi-uzo LGA commended the working Governor of Enugu State Rt.Hon.Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on the fast pace of work that is ongoing on in Umualor - Eha-amufu road, he said that the road made their journey fast, smooth and safe.
The Isi-uzo coordinator of Nkanu Youth Assembly Comrade Chijioke Nnamani in his closing remark thanked God for the success of the initiative in Isi-uzo LGA and equally commended the commitment of NYA executives in effectively and efficiently discharging their responsibilities, saying that responsibility is accountability...
Comrade Chijioke Nnamani pledged his commitment towards building and upholding the values that Nkanu Land exude in Isi-uzo LGA.
